How do I book a shoot?

Do you charge for travel?
If the shoot is more than 1 hour away from Pembroke I charge a $50 travel fee.
What is your typical turnaround?
Images and video will be delivered within 24 hours.
What payment methods are available?
Payments can be made with credit card online or E-Transfers to jonnyfliephoto@gmail.com
A late fee is charged to the invoice if not paid by the due date.
Can I be in the listing video?
Not only can you, but I encourage you to add your own recorded message to make it personal. I am equipped to capture professional audio to add to the video.
Do you use social media?
Yes! I always share and tag my agents on social media. The more exposure for your property, the better!
DO you charge a late fee?
Yes. A late fee of 10% will be added to the invoice every month until payment is received.
Do you reschedule due to bad weather?
Yes! If it's raining I will try to reschedule to the next available date. If resealing is not an option than I will try my best to capture what I can in the rain.
Do you charge a cancelation fee?
Yes. I charge a $100 cancelation fee if our appointment is cancelled within 24hours of the set time. Unfortunately if our shoot is cancelled with little notice that doest give me enough time to give that time slot to an other agent and will result in lost revenue.
Do you edit skys in the exterior photos?
Yes! If it's a cloudy or snowy day I will edit one hero shot, changing the sky. Additional images can be changed for a fee.
